Relax and recharge in this hour-long gentle and nurturing online yoga and meditation class with yoga instructor and MTF Board member, Kim Nimmo, while at the same time lending support to the Massage Therapy Foundation.

Join us for a soothing yoga practice focused on calming the body and mind through gentle stretching, yoga poses, guided breathing techniques, and guided meditation.

About the instructor:
Kim Nimmo, LMT, NCBTMB, owns a massage therapy business in Casper, Wyoming, and specializes in advanced Ashiatsu, Deep Feet Bar Therapy in combination with traditional massage modalities. Kim recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Wyoming Yoga and Massage when she experienced increased healing and movement 10 years of chronic pain which resulted in knee replacement surgery. She discovered the benefits of pranayama and meditation when practiced alone or with movement. Her intention is to guide yoga students through spiritually-oriented, gentle yoga, pranayama (breath work), and meditation in each class. Yoga students of all ages and abilities will benefit from Kim’s instruction. Kim encourages smooth, patient effort, breath-mind-body connection, and practicing loving kindness towards oneself. She has connectedness and empathy for individuals in the healing and self-discovery process. Kim believes in the importance of massage therapy research and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Massage Therapy Foundation. Kim is grateful for the opportunity to learn from her yoga teachers and looks forward to sharing her experience and guidance with each yoga student. She creates a safe space for her students to explore the deeper meaning of their lives and find inspiration. Kim believes that yoga cultivates improvement in movement, flexibility, and awareness of the whole individual
