As you all know, this year hasn't gone exactly to plan. I was set to run the Boston Marathon with the Massage Therapy Foundation, but that has been put on hold for now. However, the work of the MTF still needs to be done and there's research to be had. This work not only helps therapists like myself, but everyone benefits when we pass on these findings to you; this is done through our bodywork and everyone benefits. Even with fires and smoke engulfing most of California, there are little ways we can stay active even at home. Find a yoga video, a HIIT workout, or whatever floats your boat. A little activity can go a long way.
